Who's responsible

ExeDrop is responsible for your information. Contact: warwickwebsites@gmail.com or @ExeDropHelp on Telegram.

What we collect

• Subscription details: your name, email address and subscription status, so we can bill you, give you access and answer questions.
• Telegram details: your Telegram name and user ID, so we can let you into the channel and remove access if you cancel.
• Messages you send us, for example refund requests.

Your card details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Why we use it

We use your information to provide the subscription you've asked for (our legal basis is performing our contract with you), to handle refunds and support, and to keep records we're required to keep for tax. We don't send marketing, and we never sell your information.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to take payments.
• Our membership tool, which manages channel access.
• Telegram, which runs the channel.

How long we keep it

While you're subscribed, and afterwards only as long as we need to for refunds, disputes and tax records (normally up to 6 years for payment records).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by contacting us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This website

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

ExeDrop is operated by Sam Warwick, 42 Victoria Street, Exeter EX4 6TJ, who is the data controller.
