How fast are the alerts?
The fastest in Exeter. We watch around the clock, and once a drop is spotted your alert is sent in under a second. In our side-by-side tests against the other Exeter alert bots, ExeDrop's alert arrived first.
What do I need?
Telegram on your phone and a FIXR account. Stay logged into FIXR in the browser your links open in, so checkout takes seconds.
Where does the Get tickets button take me?
Straight to the FIXR ticket page for that event, where you pick your entry time and check out as normal.
What if I miss an alert?
If an event dropped and ExeDrop didn't alert you, message us within 7 days and we'll refund you.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from the link in your subscription email, or message us. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. The 7-day pass never renews, so there's nothing to cancel.
